Review

Gaim is a chat utility that allows us to be connected to different web messaging services. It’s based on a GNU license making it the perfect utility to manage our web messaging accounts like Msn, yahoo, AIM, and others.

It works based on the connection of the multiple services, it allows to configure the connection of the services, selection of ports, and configuration of the software about smile themes, conversations, sounds, and others. The inclusion of plug-ins is one of the things that keep our attention on the software apart of it multiple supports of the services.

The program allows us to be connected also with different account and services and the same time. It is very simple to configure and to use, but due to the update of the software it is better to know as the base of the Pidgin instant messenger, the last version of the Gaim were the 2.0 beta 1 and 2 after of that the software is better known as the Pidgin, with multiple different and extra options.

Manage of the contacts is one of the advantages of the software providing the best organization for it. Download the last version of the software and make your own conclusions about it.
